She manages the firm’s pre-litigation caseload—including auto accidents, premises liability, and habitability issues—guiding clients with compassion and precision from initial intake through medical coordination, claims filing, and preparation for demand or trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Carol supported founding partners and senior attorneys at prominent Los Angeles litigation firms. Her background includes managing complex state and federal court filings, discovery, and trial preparation for high-stakes commercial, entertainment, and domestic relations cases. Additionally, Carol brings unique, hands-on insurance industry insight as a licensed Catastrophe (CAT) Adjuster in 11 states, having managed field claims in Florida following major storm events.
